We needed a weekend break and found the perfect place atop this hill. Dexter our growing rottweiler absolutely loved the scenic open spaces the cabin provides. no Aircon needed as this place gets chilly at night and mountain breeze all day. we are grateful to the host for keeping a pantry filled with food as we didn’t bring enough to last two nights. a perfect get away place for singles or couples with a pet.

Chilled place, awesome environment! Our kind host, Daniel even gave us pineapples from the orchard. Beautiful stars at night (: not far from Tamparuli town.

Had a lovely time, woke up to insect sounds and wonderful, clean, fresh air. Have to brave the cold water for shower though, and make sure to bathe early before sundown. Rustic, relaxed surroundings. Good luck Daniel, Tina, gardener and Bruno. I definitely recommend Borneo Orchard to others.

We had the BEST time in Juju Cabin! Was two of us plus my dog. Booked one night initially but on the day we had to leave we couldn’t bring ourselves too. So we stayed another night 🙂 Daniel and Tina were such great hosts! They even left a surprise treat for Tiko in the fridge with his name on it. The house is cozy and very comfortable. No need for AC because it gets really cold at night! Even during the day when it gets hot, the living area doesn’t get hot at all. We could hang out inside watch some dvds when it was too hot outside. Also made full use of their outdoor tub with cold fresh water! The kitchen is fully equipped. They also provide all the basic food stuff and more – fruits, some.vege, instant noodles, tuna, pasta and pasta sauce, bread, spreads etc. Tamparuli town just a short drive out if you need anything. Bed was comfy, the views from the bedroom windows were amazing. There’s a short trail just behind the house into the jungle, (perfect for tiring out the doggo hehe) The views were so beautiful. You see the kk coast from up there, so you can just imagine the sunsets you get to see at that vantage point! I cannot suggest this place enough. I’m so grateful to have a place not so far from kk where I can take my dog with me to stay <3

Very nice home, cozy, quiet & a peaceful place to just spend your gateway. You get an awesome view, close to nature, beautiful sound of friendly insects at night. The house is clean & a well equipped kitchen. You get plenty of books to read, board games or just walk around the orchard.
